If you choose upload Content, you must not submit and Content that does not comply with the law. You are legally responsible for the Content you submit to the Site.

Rights you Grant
The user retains the ownership rights to their content. Ballot Builder retains the rights to monetize and use your Content.

License to Ballot Builder
By providing Content to the Site you grant Ballot Builder, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use that Content (including to reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display and perform it) in connection with the Site and Ballot Builder’s (and it’s successors and affiliates) business, including for the purpose of promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.

Termination By You

Termination by Ballot Builder
Ballot Builder, LLC may terminate or suspend your account (and any accounts Ballot Builder determines are related to your account) and your access to the Site, should we have reason to believe you, your content, or your use of the Site violates our terms.
